Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

Castello provides content protection on a best-effort basis. While we strive for high takedown success rates, we cannot guarantee the removal of all infringing content. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all infringing content will be successfully removed.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Castello operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
